Versa 2 Wallet error registering

Versa 2 for Christmas. Set up went fine but when I go to add to wallet it keeps giving me one of 2 errors "Connection closed by peer" or "timeout"    same thing happens if I click on device lock.

Phone is Pixel 3   both are up to date.

any help appreciated.  I have uninstalled the app and disconnected bluetooth and restarted everything with no improvement

I've followed all of the suggestions in this thread and I get the same errors when trying to add a pin or set up the wallet.

Agreed. It worked for me yesterday, but maybe someone needs to set up a new thread, or contact support.

Also having all the same unsolved issues and found the thread in the solution to be unhelpful. Coincidentally, I also can't get bitmoji clock to sync for my clock face. Restarting, uninstalling, unsyncing, everything...

Don't know if this is related but I'm scrolling through watch faces and the first few show up but if I keep scrolling and scrolling they eventually stop loading and I get a connection error. Is Fitbit down in general?

BTW I'm having same issue with fitbit pay in case you think my post is completely unrelated.

The wallet doesn't seem to be working. Any chance there is a new solution.

I just tried all the things people suggested and then suddenly it worked.  I rebooted both, uninstalled apps , turned on off Bluetooth and wifi and then the next day it worked perfectly. I don't get it.

I received a Versa 2 yesterday (December 31,2019)I am receiving the same error messages when trying to set up the Wallet.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Disappointing.

I'm getting this problem with the wallet.  Had major problems with syncing.  Think I'm gonna take this back to shop.  Spent all day on tgis had enough!!!!!

I’m still having an issue and Fitbit won’t accept my card? I’m using IOS app could there be a problem there?

When i try to get into wallet it checks pin and when i put it...its the wrong pin 🙄 i know its correct.

I'm on Android so maybe they've fixed the Android side but not iOS yet. I've had my Fitbit for 6 months and have never had any issues. I'm pretty sure its problems on their servers and should be fixed soon.

I was getting the same error and what I did was the Versa 2 needs to be on set up wallet. Then go to the wallet and it should work. It did work for me

When I try to set up wallet, or adjust the Device Lock settings I keep getting...

 

"Error Registering Versa 2 with Fitbit Pay Wallet invalid tracker trust payload: 6895 GrizzlyBer::ParsingError"

 

I've tried factory reset 3 times, and deleted the app 3 times and restarted the whole process (!!!).  No progress at all. 

 

Please, please can you help?

How can we add and remove cards if that part of the app wont even open, just gives an error says to try later????????????  Have you read the actual problem before giving this "solution"?????
