- I received a Versa 2 for Christmas. - Just got used to using it and like it's functions...when they work. - I busted my **ahem** all day Saturday, and when I went to see my stats...they were not there. When I called Fitbit, I was told the data is not there and is not available. They tried to coach me as to how to wear the silly thing, but I wore it the same way for weeks and it worked fine. Fitbit was impotent in explaining why my watch doesn't work, but in seeing all the complaints on this forum I can see that Fitbit is a subpar item compared to Apple and other such devices. How disappointing that they cannot even tell me why my watch doesn't work. Anyone else having this much trouble with their watch? Anyone know why it would just lose all that data from one day? The Fitbit customer-service woman on the phone, who spoke very bad English and was hard to understand was useless in trying to solve my issue.

@AAFES Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear about your missing steps and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Do you have multiple Fitbit devices or only the Versa 2? Have you logged any activities on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? If you have multiple devices then one could overwrite the data from the other device. If you logged an activity or have a third party app linked to your account then they could log an activity that can also overwrite your Versa 2 data. If you have any logged activities try deleting them and see if the data shows back on your account. Could you also share a screenshot of the activities area on your account and for the data showing for the day affected? Finally you could actually log a walking activity to have a record on your account of your effort for that day.
Let me know how it goes.
