Versa 2 Watch Face Settings Blank

The Settings pages for third party Watch Faces on the Versa 2 are blank.

 

I contacted the developers for the Faces I was trying and was told the Settings were blank because they were unable to push updates for the Versa 2, and we're stuck waiting on Fitbit for an ETA on when they would be able to do this.

 

I hope Fitbit can sort this out soon, as its post launch now 😕 

 

Edit: It's been 24 hours and we're still unable to customise our third party apps. This is really frustrating as I would like to be able to adjust the stats shown on the Watch Face and change the colour scheme. Please give the devs what they need!

Finally, it looks as though Fitbit have fixed this today and let third party developers push updates.

 

I noticed an update was available for the Watch Face I was using this morning, and after clicking the button I can access Settings.

I asked one of my fav Watch developers this same question today via email. I can download the watch face to my versa 2, but once there I can’t adjust the settings. It’s just a blank screen.  It’s not an issue for Fitbit watch faces but does appear to be an issue with 3rd party watch faces in the app.
