I posted previously about issues with swiping on my Versa 2. I have tried the suggestions of switching the clock face, as well as attempting a factory reset. Switching the clock face did not allow me to swipe my screen. There were issues when I tried to factory reset (I tried this a few times); I keep getting Bluetooth Pairing Failed messages inside the phone app, but I can't fix this either, even if I forget the device and then find it again. I am now stuck with a Reset failed screen on my Fitbit, which I can't get out of since the touch screen isn't responding. Can I get in touch with tech support on this matter?
