Versa 2 alarms won't go off

I own a Versa 2, I just cannot rely on the alarm, i tried every single step to troubleshoot it, restart several times, erase all data over and over, enable notifications, i went trough every single step provided on the forums and once in a while the alarm just wont go on, off course with full battery.

This is something just unvelibable for a 200dls watch. Even a 3 dolars watch will trigger the alarm just fine.

Cant tell you how frustraiting this is and how many problems gave me that the alarm wont trigger. Shame on you that after several years you couldnt fix such a simple issue.

I regret buying this "Smart" Watch so so much.

Hi there, @Estebantav. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

As our last resort, I'd suggest performing a factory reset by following the steps below (please make sure that your Fitbit device is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Test your alarms and let me know if the issue persists.

@Estebantav Thanks for the details provided.

Please confirmed that you've tried the steps below:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up the Fitbit device to your Fitbit account.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Fitbit device.

If you continue having issues to pair the Fitbit device, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
