My fitbit versa2 completly crashed last week became red hot to hot to wear
I tried a factory reset it failed to remove everything
I left it off over night it cooled down
I reinstalled stuff it came up with some error to fast to see properly
Now theres an update to tracker that wont install on either wifi or bluetooth it fails on both
My battery wont charge to 100% it stops at 98% and discharges quickly in under 20 hours so doesnt last even a whole day since it crashed
I only got origional watch for xmas 2020 i had to have it replaced april 2021 for same fault not april 2022 the fault has damaged this watch too so need a 2nd replacement ?

Hiya
I got a replacement fitbit2 but its not allowing me to change weather from f° to c°
Ppl say its in apps but there is no apps on my fitbit app
Any ideas on how to change it please?
Ive changed it loads of times in the fitbit app itself but it wont change on my watch and i dont understand the f° only the c° as my phones set to that

I have to now charge my versa 2 twice all of a sudden. Also the update won't update through wifi or Bluetooth.
