Happened a few days ago and was able to successfully restart; tonight while putting it on charger, with about 60% charge, it went completely dead. No restart. No green light flashing on back. No syncing. Done.
Help? It’s just over two months old....
This literally just happened to me!
vibrated on my wrist and then all black. I popped it on charge and it’s got the charging battery in the top corner but that’s it!
3 days ago it also started playing up and not reading my sleep and having high cals and active minutes. I bought it in June last year. I’m so mad

Very frustrating; pretty sure it’s under warranty but it also is seeming like this is a not uncommon issue. Ugh.

Have tried all I can think of....I did receive a message back from Fitbit support, though the first suggestion was essentially what we all do right away — restart, or at least try to.

I am having the same issue since this morning.
-------------------------
None of the troubleshooting assistance is working- how can some many people in a short spam of time have the same issue!
My watch is not even 6months old!
Best AnswerStill working on troubleshooting. Tried to do the restart (holding the back button for 10 seconds and letting it go) and it actually registered something on the screen, that being a depleted battery.
It’s in the charging cradle right now, but not responding to touching the screen...which could be a function of zero battery (which doesn’t make sense since it was at about 60% when I went to charge it and all hell broke loose) or more likely a complete malfunction.
I’ll update later.
Best AnswerMine is doing the same..green light on back and vibrating on my wrist but black screen no matter what I do ..frustrating
