My daughters Versa 2 screen is black. The lights still flash on the back of the watch. The pre-set alarm still vibrates. I have tried holding down the side button to reset the device but nothing happens.

Thank you for providing the inquiry regarding your Versa 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.
Please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for replying. I chatted with Fitbit yesterday and went through all the troubleshooting tips and its broken.
