Versa 2 blue screen

So I go to check my fitbit, when I see the screen is completely blue/aqua colour. 

It looks as though it’s frozen, but I can see the outlines of the notifications, and it is still synced and working. 

 

I have tried restarting it, but no result. 

Is there any other way to fix this?

I contacted support and they replaced the watch for me. Clearly a known
fault by the sounds of it. --

Just an update to my questions regarding the blue screen. I contacted Fitbit and I guess my Versa 2 has bit the dust. Since mine is about 20 months old, they will not replace it, just offered a 35% discount good online for 30 days. I'm very disappointed and with the issues I've had with this one, I will likely find some other product that will last a bit longer. Guess since they only have a year warranty, that should tell people something. Both of my issues happened after the warranty expired.

I'm having this same issue. It started yesterday while I was at work, at one time it was working, the next it wasn't. Please assist me. Thank you.

Try cleaning the Fitbit with isopropyl alcohol. This is only a temporary fix. I got approximately 6 more months out of mine before replacing it.

 

I am highly disappointed in Fitbit. Because it was relplaced under warranty once, they were not interested in knowing anything else. This is well within the 2 year warranty period. I still have 5 months left from the purchase date. Both Fitbit’s are solid aqua/ green/ blue screens and go flat in 8-10 hours from a full charge. Pathetic!

I have a similar problem. I can't see anything except a teal screen. I click on the button on the side and nothing happens.
