The button on the side of my versa 2 will no longer work. I've had this watch since Christmas time last year, and the watch never had any problems. Today, after charging it, I noticed that the button on the side isn't working. The watch doesn't wake up when you press it, it doesn't vibrate, nothing.

Hi @Redro_17, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the button of your Versa 2 stopped working and it's not vibrating either when pressing the button. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you have a case created and they'll get back to you via email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Did you get this resolved. This just happened to my Versa 2 that I got last Christmas. the Clock face will not wake up or work when button pressed however I can still slide across to other apps but when I try to open them they won't open. The button does work to close apps.
Maybe a software upgrade?

Just off live chat with Fitbit agent and they asked me to restart by holding button for 10-12 seconds. Once it came back up the Clock face worked again.

This did not work for me, sadly. it seems that the button on the side is completely broken.

Our problems seem different because my button won't even close apps...
I saw someone said to hold the button for 10-12 second and it should restart the fitbit. I hope that works for you!
