Versa 2 can't show notifications from OnePlus 5

Too bad that my Versa 2 can't show notifications of my phone, OnePlus 5.... I Saw that the OnePlus 6 is on the list of fully compatible phones to connect with. Anyone have this problem too?

 

I  really hope that it also can fully connect with the OnePlus 5. This was also a problem with my Charge 2. My phone was not on the list, but could send me notifications anyway... 

 

Please add the OnePlus 5 on you list of fully compatible phones..!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here. Please keep an eye on your inbox, someone will be in touch with you shortly. 

Thanks for sharing your feedback about adding more mobile phones to our list of Supported Devices. Currently your OnePlus 5 isn't yet a compatible device  as our team is working to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. Be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed.

There is a possibility that your Versa 2 can sync and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Versa 2 as a new device and set up the notifications again.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes. 😉
