Hi there, @Bralyn. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please follow @Guy_'s suggestion as it seems that you have "Always On" feature enable. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If you continue having issues after taking the above into consideration, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Try turning the Always On feature off.
Pull down from the top of the watch as if to see messages and pull down yet again, tap on the 2 white bars to get to Quick settings and there make the bottom left [clock] icon greyed out, while there check the watch one [bottom right] is not greyed out. The top 2 should be greyed out.
