Versa 2 corrupted screen

As of a couple of hours ago I can’t get a clock face showing a clock just the attached which is not moving now but it’s like moving glitter or like moving white noise. It also won’t reset at all? Please help me

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding the Versa 2.

Please make sure to follow the steps listed here below:

1. Restart the device as indicated: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
2. Try to change the clock face as indicated here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. If this fixes the issue, they can change their clock face back to the original clock face.

This fix does not work. Once it restarts, the Fitbit logo lights up and then fades behind the corrupted screen. You can't do anything.

No matter how long you press the button for the logo never appears

I am also facing similar issue since morning. Is it to do with any display issue? Tried the above remediation step like restart; it is not working.

I see so many people with this same issue on the versa 2. I am one of them. Maybe it comes after an update of the software? It cannot be an accident that we all have this at the same time.

You can’t do it, what else can I do and now my boyfriends one is also misbehaving jumping from one screen to another even after resetting the clock face. This is not a good advert for Fitbit!
