Versa 2 crashing when on loading/playing music

Looking for some help! When I attempt to load music onto my Versa 2 it keeps turning itself off and then back on. I managed to load a few tracks onto the watch however, when I play them, the watch again restarts itself. Any suggestions? I have updated the watch and reset it.

I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve difficulties when downloading music.

 

In addition, our team has just released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41.1 iOS and 3.41.2 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
