Versa 2 died

15 months after purchase it seems my Versa has been struck by the Fitbit curse of death.  Is it coincidence? Do all Fitbits stop working just out of warranty? 2nd Fitbit but I won't be purchasing a 3rd, I'll stick to my ugly but reliable Garmin.

Bye bye Fitbit Community x

I am also having the same issue. My Fitbit Versa 2 hasn’t turned on in months. There are no green blinking lights and it doesn’t not vibrate when plugged into a charger. I have tried all the steps to restart but the watch remains unresponsive

Mine has done exactly this 3 days ago. Have tried to charge, but no green lights. Tried all the suggested resets but nothing works?
many further suggestions, as no reason for it to stop working? 😞

Mine now turns on but I can't scroll through the menu as the face doesn't
respond to swipe or tap. It's a slow death.

How do you do these things if the Versa won't charge and therefore won't
switch on?
The App just says "can't connect to device".
It's now stopped it's slow death and died 😭.

May I suggest moving the  cord to a different charger, charge it for several hours, and then hold down the button for 30 seconds or so, it has restarted mine trying this method.

I have the same issue and Fitbit refuses to address the problem.  They just keep offering a discount on another fitbit.  This was my 3rd one.  Time to pack it in and go with my Samsung watch.

This is my 3rd fitbit device and all have not lasted more than 18 moths tops - 2 have gone shortly after the year warranty. This time same thing - time to move to Apple Watch I think.
