Versa 2 display is pixelized?

Hi. So I had a Versa 2 but I had to replace it because of some issues.  When I got my replaced Versa 2 I noticed something was off.  When I look at the screen, you can see the pixels, which is something I don’t remember seeing on my last Versa 2 and that’s coming  from someone who likes to look at pixels on a computer when they’re bored. I can definitely notice it when I look at the letters on the screen and the pixels almost look like a bunch of tiny circles. I could just be paranoid, but like I said, I feel like I would of definitely noticed that with my last Versa 2. Is it normal? Or should you not be able to see the pixels so easily? Because I don’t need to put the watch in close to my eyes to notice them if you know what I mean?

Edit: so I tried to get the best picture I could but it seems to have blurred as I posted the picture. Anyways so it’s hard to fully take a clear picture of the pixels but I find it most noticeable with the alarm icon shown in the picture. In the orange half of the alarm, I can see red green and orange pixeled stripes.

@AmeliaT2407, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the display shows noticeable pixels.

Please provide a picture of your watch showing the pixelized screen. This will help us to investigate the reason of the issue. You can learn how to add images to your post by following the steps listed in this thread.

In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I also had this issue. I ordered a new Fitbit Versa 2 and my new screen is notably pixelized compared to my old Versa 2. This is just after setting it up from being out of the box. I’ve included a picture of my screens too. Left is new pixelated Versa 2 and right is old one. The difference is slight in photos and blatant in person. I rebooted it just in case and the issue is unresolved. What now, Fitbit?
