Versa 2 display not working

My Versa ran out of battery and when I charged it the display did not come back on when I took it out the cradle. The heart rate sensor still flashes and will vibrate with my alarm set in morning but have no display at all. I’ve tried resetting with two buttons and factory resetting with three. Can anyone help with this?
