So a few weeks ago, I noticed my versa 2 wasn't tracking my sleep. When reaching out to customer support, the first question was, is it tracking your heart rate, it was not... And from there it has been absolute hell with my watch. On a daily basis it stops tracking and I have to restart it. I've done a factory reset multiple times and the last couple of times it told me that it was unable to completely wipe the watch. Also, the app has been telling me that I've needed to update the tracker but when I go to update it, it continues to fail to update, both over WiFi and Bluetooth... Please advise as to what to do next, because all I want to do is throw my watch at a brick wall. Thank you.

Hi @Wayneflamingo ,
How long have you had the device?

Ok so it looks like we're dealing with two separate issues here. Let's attack one at a time. Do you have the heart rate sensor turned on in the app?

Didn't know that was a thing, but I never turned anything off and it works and then all of a sudden decides it wants to stop. The light on the back of the watch just stops flashing and it stops tracking, no reason.

Luckily I found out that when I purchased the watch to the company I purchased it through that it came with a two-year warranty. I contacted the insurance and have sent the product back to them
