Versa 2 doesn't vibrate when I get notifications

Watch vibrates for alarms but not notifications the watch receives. I've restarted it and I do have it toggled to vibrate in the Fitbit app. Oh, it did work at one time.

What am I missing?

Hi there @Jarubell, thanks for stopping by. I'll be glad to help you about the notifications not vibrating on your Versa 2. Also, thanks for checking that your watch vibrates with the alarms.

Please note that when you turn on the do not disturbquiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

To temporarily turn off/on notifications on your Fitbit device:

Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.
