Versa 2 exercise not showing calories on Fitbit app and not getting text notifications

So I keep having this problem when I try to use the exercise tracker, it won’t calculate my calorie burn unless I go back and edit the workout after hitting the “Finish” button. But when I try to go back and edit the workout, it won’t let me select my current start time, it grays out all options of start times except for the “Tomorrow” option. I end up having to delete my tracked workout and manually enter it under the log option. Then I have a cascade of issues, where the tracked workout still ends up popping up on my log the next day even though I deleted it and I wake up to having walked 5000+ steps at 2 am. So I have to go delete the “tracked” exercise again and re-enter it under the log section. It’s almost like a time error/glitch with exercise tracker that creates a cascade of issues. Just so you have all the info, I’m rocking a Versa 2 Version 70.7.21 paired with an iPhone 6s Plus that has iOS 13.3.1. Any help would be appreciated, I’m about ready to chuck all of it since I still can’t get text messages to come through despite having followed all the suggestions on other posts and getting no help from customer service.

@Brittanyw85 Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your activities not showing calories Regarding the activity not showing calories please update your app to see if this helps resolve the issue. You can also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Regarding the text notifications you can try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here. When following the troubleshoots, if a required option on your iPhone is already on then turn them off (any and all required options mentioned there), restart your phone and then turn them on again.

Let me know how it goes.
