My Versa 2 isn’t getting text message alerts. All the other notifications work fine just no messages. I’ve maybe sure alerts are on in setting. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing all this information about what you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 watch. 

 

Before considering other options, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.

 

In addition, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed.
