Versa 2 is not syncing to my iPhone since I installed the new SpO2 clock face

My Versa 2 is not synchronizing with my IPhone since I installed the new C02 clock face, and no information is registering.

Your Fitbit device must sync with the Fitbit app before the clock face updates. Note that it may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you sync your device. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi Maria. My Fitbit is stuck on “reset failed. You data did not clear.” The OK button doesn’t do anything. HELP!
