I'm new to Fitbit but recently I went on holidays and forgot to take my fitbit with me. Now when I have come home the date and time seem all out of whack. Can anyone assist please? Am I best to do a whole reset? TIA

When the battery fully drains it can mean that the date and time are wrong when it is recharged. It should reset them when it syncs with your phone. Does it seem to be syncing since you got back and charged it?

Are you using the Android app? If so, if you are running version 3.37 of the app your syncing issues may be down to an ongoing issue. See:
