Even after charging my watch has stopped working and isn't turning on, I feel like this might be a screen or battery issue and I hope FITBIT can respond and assist me in this matter.

I agree it might be a battery issue. With that being said, please try restarting your Versa 2 and then, charge it.
If it refuses to charge, please try the following steps:
If the above steps don't work, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below (please remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
