My kids bought me my fitbit versa 2 just over 12 months ago for my birthday. I've noticed lately that the side button doesn't always work. Has anyone else had this problem.

Hi there @KIMBRY1, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the left button of your Versa 2 isn't working properly, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't already done so yet, I recommend you to try the following steps to restart your Versa:

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If the left button doesn't work at all, meaning that you're unable to restart the device with the above steps, please check: How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

Let me know how it goes.
