I just need a bit of advice. I have recently started using the Versa 2. I had no problems for a couple of weeks but had to do a factory reset. After it reset the option to track my sleep was missing. I tried again with factory reset after searching online and it's still missing. Originally I could choose 5 options to track, now there are only three. I have tried updates and several syncing, but still nothing.
Do I have to leave it a while before the other options come back after a factory reset?
Any help appreciated thanks.

Hello @Sonofdel52 and welcome to the Community. A Versa 2 tracks sleep automatically. Just wear it to sleep.
Can you please give more details about where you are seeing these options to track? Are you seeing these options on your Versa 2 or your Fitbit app?
