SpO2 clock face not available for download. All the adds say it is capable of spO2 monitoring if it has the latest updates. I  have the latest update version on the watch & the app.  But I cannot find anything else on the subject. Do I need to return it for a different smart watch that actually does monitor live spO2?

I’m in the United States, Tennessee. The marketing website says it’s available. But it will not let me download a clock face that shows spO or any other app for spo2. It just says unavailable. Plus it further says it o my measures it during sleep & displays the average from that sleep report. Not real time. Definitely dissatisfied and will ever buy Fitbit again.

@Snursek- in that case check you are on the latest firmware, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

@Snursek  - that is very strange, can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, and inform them, they may have another solution.

I tried that yesterday and no one was available to help in chat because of the holiday. Today the chat does not have the option to ask a question about the spO2. I’ve already arranged a return & decided fitbit is shady in its marketing and not clear in its product descriptions. It’s a simple request to want to know how its spO2 works and which product has the option. Fitbit is too unclear on this particular feature and does not work as expected. Apple May cost more but at least it shows exactly what each product has & does. I need real time spO2 to help decide if I need to use my inhaler or just tough it out to avoid side effects. Not to mention, it requires a premium subscription to work which is not noted in the product description either. Apple dies not require subscription to use all of its functions. Fitbit lost me as a customer and everyone I can tell for a lifetime. Sadly dissatisfied.
