In February, I got a Versa 2 to replace my defective Charge 3. Around mid-March, as I was exploring the Versa 2. I noticed that the side button did not return the screen to the face clock page. In fact, it did nothing when pushed. I did some digging and saw a setting where I could set the side button to be a quick link to certain functions. Still, it did not respond when pushed. After speaking with a friend who has the same Fitbit model, she confirmed that her Fitbit did not have that issue. I double checked the watch to make sure the button was not stuck. The button depresses but it has no effect on the watch. It does not turn on. In fact, in order for me to see the time, I have to use the setting where the watch turns on with the twist of my wrist, or tap the face of the watch several times for it to turn on. And if I go to the settings page to make changes, I cannot exit the page. I am forced to leave the Fitbit alone, so it will turn itself off and reset to the clock page. I cannot swipe or push the button to exit. Has anyone else had this issue? Could it be a hardware defect?

Thanks. That is my intention, but was hoping there was an easy fix. I appreciate your response.
