I see there are several others that have had this issue with no help with getting this issue resolved. I get all notifications except for texts. using firmware 32.70.714. I have tried removing my versa and setting it back up, resetting, and turning off all notifications and then turning them back on and nothing is working. what is the solution for this Fitbit???
@Slamajam Which phone are you using? If you're on iPhone, see if going into Settings > Notifications > Messages. Make sure the "Show Previews" is either set to Always or When Unlocked (Default). See if that works.
If you're on an Android phone, then I'm not quite sure, but it might be something similar.

I have a galaxy s10 as well and I am also not recieving text messages. I get all other notifications, just not texts. This seems to be a common problem
I too am having this problem. I receive no text messages and emails. I have sent to myself, my mother email address, and my work address, nothing . I have no fancy phone, just a prepaid Moto G7 Play which worked with the Blaze. I certainly hope I don't need a new phone. I just don't want a cellphone plan.
