I was having this problem with my Charge 3 for about the past 2 weeks, I just got the Versa 2 and now I am having the same problem. I am not receiving notifications for Reminders to move, phone calls, texts, and emails. The notifications were working for a few days on my new Versa 2 but they are no longer working. I called customer support and he walked me thru a fix but it didn't work, he said that he would elevate and I would get an email, but I never go it so I called and since my display was also messed up they gave me the option of getting a new one or 50% a different one. So I got the Versa 2. I will be calling customer support again on Monday.

As long as the tracker is not in Sleep mode or its DND mode, we have to look at the settings on the phone. For help knowing the phone model will be helpful.
How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Thank you, I guess I turned DND on while I was playing with my new toy.
