Hi
My versa 2 is still not receiving notifications after nearly 2 months now. Customer support has been less than helpful.
Is there any news? Is it possible to get a new watch if it isn't going to get fixed?

Hi @Jl329 you were given suggestions from a Fitbit moderator here - click to read. Did you try following those again? There was recently an update of the Android app, so see if you have that, too.

I have a notification error message saying I need to restart my phone but when I do, nothing changes!
Best Answer@Jl329 you have to tell the Fitbit app and your phone to allow notifications. Be sure you've allowed both to do it.

Best AnswerYou aren't alone. There seems to be nothing we can do. Followed every FAQ, every suggestion, everything is turned on and up-to-date. Honestly, I feel like my Versa 2 is almost pointless now.
I might as well be wearing my son's Ace3.
Does your Versa show up in your Bluetooth? Does it stay connected to WiFi? Mine won't do either.

Since you contacted customer support already, I recommend you to contact them to get an update on the difficulty that you're still experiencing with notifications on your Versa 2 @Jl329.

Same, i just deleted and redownloaded the app. The problem is that it happends 5 times a day (my fit bit is only 2 days old).
