Versa 2 not staying synced

I've had my Versa 2 since black Friday. Here for the past few weeks it won't stay synced, ans my call/text/email notifications don't go through to it. When I try to sync it it will say searching for device. 

YES my all day sync is on.

YES my Bluetooth is on.

YES I had tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

YES I have restarted the Fitbit.

YES I have removed it and reconnected it. 

The same thing continues to happen. 

My phone is a Galaxy S10, with Android 10. And fitbit firmware is 35.70.7014

I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. Any help would be appreciated!

Loved the video, thanks!  I needed to get the permissions reset on my phone and it walked me through all of that.  Alexa is back👍

Practicly everyone with fitbit 2 is having  same problem.  My guess is that like all big companies,  because they now are pushing  the fitbit 3, they couldn't care less about  fixing it. They assume that you will eventually  get frustrated  with it enough to just upgrade to 3. $$$
