Versa 2 not storing or syncing info

My versa 2 fitness works when set but does not store on my watch or sync the info to my phone. This includes the sleep app. Stopped suddenly since 22nd December,  anyone else have this issue?

Not sure if since December but mine definitely stopped synching this week. I just updated my iPhone, tried to delete/reinstall app, power off phone, made sure my versa is charged, etc... Not sure what else to do.

My verse 2 stopped syncing a couple of days ago. My phone won’t recognize it. I’m gonna try to re-sync the versa 2. Fingers crossed

I did the Versa (device) reset via a Fitbit moderator - on another post - and it worked!

Hi, I've done all this and nothing. It's frustrating and now thinking of leaving fitbit as I cant use it. It's a fairly new watch too
