Versa 2 not syncing since Android 14 update

My versa 2 has stopped syncing with my Samsung A13 since an update to Android 14. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, done the bluebtooth turn off and back on & also done a factory reset on the fibut but it still won't connect via Bluetooth to the app. Any ideas?

Followed all the above steps and still no luck with mine, I have been unable to sync my phone and Versa 2 since Wednesday 23rd October, I have deleted everything and re - installed everything many times over the last 11 days without any luck at all; The error messages i get are "Something went wrong, please try again", "An app is needed to use this device", when trying bluetooth and "Incorrect code" when trying to enter the 4 digit code you send me. Honestly 11 days is ridiculous to sort this "bug" out, surely there's got to be a way of testing them first? Please get it sorted asap!

I had the same problem, then the latest app update seem to fix until today when it's gone again. Gone through all the usual steps and it's still not working.

Apart from they collected my monthy fee today.

Totally brassed off with it

I haven't had my versa 2 watch since your latest two updates have messed up and you are still taking payment from me for a service I don't have!
When will this get sorted?

Hi there everyone!

Thank you for your responses and all your efforts.

Can you please all check if your devices have a pending firmware update and if you can update the Fitbit app too?

You can try this troubleshooting too:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Restart your devices. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Turn your phone off and back on.
  4. Remove your Fitbit device from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  5. Try setting up your device again. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
  6. For OS requirements, see Fitbit-compatible devices.
