I was having the same problem and after reading the articles, I restarted my versa and that fix my problem. You can see how to restart and turn off your Fitbit in the help articles.

I did everything in the article and still cannot get my Fitbit. I reached out to tech support. They tried everything and still can’t sync or get anything to work. They are supposed to send me an email to help fix my problem. No email. So I guess this isn’t an easy fix?
