Same problem in my Versa 2 as is described on this link. I updated my Android and is not syncing any more:
I tried everything what is mentioned. Right now I restored to fabric initial status, so my Versa 2 is completely useless, as It can't get configured as a device any more. It only shows the logo and instructions in different languages to start pairing up with my phone, I don't even have a clock any more.
Please can anyone help me! Thanks
I noticed the last two days that syncing is extremely inconsistent, sometimes it does immediately, sometimes it takes forever, sometimes not at all. I run version 35.70.721 and iPhone.
Sometimes I have to close the app on my phone and restart then it works.
I updated to the newest watch version the day I purchased the watch, which was 2 weeks ago. Otherwise I have no issues.
Also tried to pair it with another Galaxy S9 Plus (same as mine), but this one hasn't updated to the last Android update yet, and on this phone I can pair up and sync with my Versa 2.
Also is not a problem of bluetooth on my phone, because it can discover and connect with other devices. So is clearly an issue of the Fitbit android app software, or something linke tha .
Same problem for me. versa 2 syncs fine with my iPad, but not my Pixel 2xl anymore. Bluetooth is working fine on my phone. only thing that fixes it is repairing it as a completely new device, and that only works for a few hours. obviously a problem with the app update, or something to do with the latest Android update. Fitbit please fix this!!
Suddenly one day I leave it charging the night before, and started syncing again. I remembered not syncing started happening one day I left it charging; It makes me think that every time It charges, bad thing can happe . For now, problem solved for me...
