Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 2.
If you haven't tried that already, I'd suggest restarting your device to see if that will get things fixed.To do so, please hold your Versa 2's button for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Then release the button to let your device restart.
If that won't work for you, please try changing it's clock face to get it back to working order. Here's how to do that:

Finally, you could also try to get your devices battery drained to the point when it will shut off. Then give it a full charge and see if it is working as it should.
