My screen is flickering with white lines, like a tv that’s lost the station? It’s less than a year old and not had any issues with it before now?

What changed? Did you upgrade to the latest firmware (72.1.23)?

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have restarted my Fitbit and it seems fine for a while then starts flickering again!

Argh. Sorry to hear that. Sounds like a warranty replacement is in order. I would give Fitbit support a call or use chat to start the process.
