My,Versa 2 keeps freezing I've tried resetting it like suggested . This works sometimes but always ends up freezing again.

Best AnswerI followed all of your steps and it seems to be working for now. I had restarted previously but it didn’t do anything. Changing the clock face seemed to help. Does this mean I cannot have a custom face, only the preset options?
I’ll keep an eye on it and if it starts acting up again I’ll reach out. Thanks so much for your assistance! 🙂

Hi there @schultz21494, you're very welcome. I'm glad to hear that changing the clock face has helped. This was only for troubleshooting purposes, you can now switch back to your original clock face.

Best AnswerSo again tried resting it and changed the clock face still frozen now when I push the button on the side it automatically goes to boot camp exercise and the only way to stop it is to push the button to reset again....VERY FRUSTRATING it's less than a year old
