Hi there @Allwine3, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your Versa 2's screen behavior. I appreciate you've taken the time to restart your watch prior to posting here.

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know. 😉

This keeps happening to me too! The screen will freeze as soon as I try doing anything on it or if I’m trying to read a notification, it shows half of it and glitches to show whatever is underneath it.

Hi there @schultz21494, welcome on board. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm here to help you.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the suggestions below:

  1. Check in the Fitbit app if your Versa is syncing, if so, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if the screen is frozen or blank.
  2. Restart your Versa by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Give this a go and let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.

I followed all of your steps and it seems to be working for now. I had restarted previously but it didn’t do anything. Changing the clock face seemed to help. Does this mean I cannot have a custom face, only the preset options?

I’ll keep an eye on it and if it starts acting up again I’ll reach out. Thanks so much for your assistance! 🙂

Hi there @schultz21494, you're very welcome. I'm glad to hear that changing the clock face has helped. This was only for troubleshooting purposes, you can now switch back to your original clock face.

I'm always around, don't hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance. 😉

So again tried resting it and changed the clock face  still frozen now when I push the button on the side it automatically goes to boot camp exercise and the only way to stop it is to push the button to reset again....VERY FRUSTRATING it's less than a year old
