My versa 2 touchscreen either won't respond at all or responds really inaccurately to touch. I have updated it using the phone app and restarted using the button. I don't think I can do a factory reset as I can't use the touchscreen to get the the settings menu. Any advice?

I got my Versa 2 at Xmas and have now had 4 and all doing the same thing: they have replaced it 3 times in the last 2 weeks and none of them have worked for longer than 30 minutes! What on earth is that about 😞

Best AnswerThat’s totally bonkers. My replacement has been working ok so far (6 hours)
Best AnswerI hope it’s still working! Lol
I read somewhere that someone thinks it’s to do with the last update, and every time I get a new watch it asks me to update then stops working.
Best AnswerI tried this one and it worked.
Back story: I bought my Versa 2 last December, and recently the screen is not responsive anymore. Never submerged in water, never dropped from a height, never overcharged. Removed all other clock faces and after a while, it is responding already.
Edit: one day after, it's not working again 😞
Best Answerreceived my Fitbit 2 today and still charging after 10 hours halfway charged and the screen comes on Fitbit emblem and nothing else

Best AnswerI'll try that , thank you i just recently logged out of my account on phone so it may not be my problem but I'll try anything I really miss my fitbit Versa 2 , not to mention how expensive they are . God Bless and be safe out there .
Best AnswerI have had to replace my fitbit each time after receiving and again, 1 year later it dies. I am done with Fitbit junk. The community help page is hard to navigate and I am not buying a new watch every year.
Good by FITBIT JUNK.
Best AnswerI completely agree. I bought mine in December 2018 and since it’s over a year they won’t do anything but offer me a discount on a new one. Why would I spend money on another Fitbit after such bad customer service. Meanwhile my sister got hers replaced because she lives in Australia. Definitely planned obsolescence. They know it’s going to stop working, they don’t care unless your country forces them to pretend they do. 🤷🏽:female_sign:
