Versa 2 secure ring for strap

Hi. Please can you tell me where I can get a replacement for the secure ring that goes around the strap. My strap is pale pink. Thank you

Hi @hellytweeds  if you're under warranty and purchased from an authorized retailer, you get with customer support. If you're not under warranty, you can always buy a new band. For the one little loop, you can buy a ponytail band to hold the strap.

I  noticed that you already got in touch with our Support Team and that they have already assisted you. @Odyssey13´s advise is great in case you don´t get a replacement band.
