I went rafting the other day while wearing my versa 2, it got wet and shut off so I waited for it to dry before charging it and now it just flashes the Fitbit logo. I tried restarting it still didn't work

If your watch got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. If your watch has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser (like Cetaphil) and dry it with a lint free-cloth. Be sure to follow our Wear and Care instructions to keep your device clean.
Water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:

So my Fitbit was still under warranty so I sent it back using the label the was provided to me. It has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from Fitbit. Who can I contact to see when I will be getting a replacement
