Versa 2 stopped working

I am frustrated and finding out that my versa 2 actually stop working after 2 year made me very unhappy can’t charge can’t restart is just dead and can’t be repair. I don’t think I will ever use Fitbit again if no resolution.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Monnycrown. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped working and thank you for adding your picture.

 

I understand how frustrating this could be and please follow these steps in order to charge your watch:

  •  Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

    Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

  • Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have clean both my charger and wrist watch back and I only use charger that came with my watch. Still not working

My Versa 2 has stopped working too and I’ve only had mine 3 months. I had the same issue with my Versa last year.

My Versa 2 stopped working. Can’t charge it or restart it. I followed all the steps and still nothing. It was half of the battery the other day, when wake up in the morning couldn’t switch it on at all. 
what else I can do? 
Please help.

Please let me know if you see any lights on your watch like the heart rate LEDs and if it vibrates when you press the button?

Good afternoon, 

 

My fitbit has stopped working. It charges and holds charge for about a day and then stops working. The screen isn’t going completely black but it goes blank. It is still tracking on my app but nothing on the display.

Could you tell me how your watch stops working? Please try restarting your device in order to turn on the display.

The screen goes blank and has a dim light on it, i have tried restarting and it comes back on for around 12 hours and then goes blank again.

Hi! 

I have the same problem with my Versa 2. It stopped, and is not charging at all. When I plug it in the charger, it would turn on, would appear charging, but would still stay at 1-3% and would shut off after. I have cleaned it, tried another fitbit charger, but same result.

 

I hope you could help me with this issue.
