When I went to bed I put it on sleep mode and now the touchscreen is not working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Bobbyd215. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Welcome to the Community Forums, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

Had this exact same issue with my Versa2. I tried troubleshooting before I called tech support and they instructed me to factory reset the watch multiple times… Now my FitBit won't even turn on at ALL. This defect seems to be happening to a lot of people but if you're past your warranty then good luck.

There's even a previous forum with 10 pages of complaints and a Mod shut it down.

Same here. I’m so sick of the **ahem** Fitbit products. I’m just hanging in there with a non functioning watch until I can get an Apple Watch for Christmas 😕

I love how the forum edited out my wording. I didn’t even say anything bad. I just said fitbits are P  O  S 🙄
