The touchscreen on my Versa 2 has stopped working. I can’t swipe or tap anymore. I can use the side button, however, that won’t help me entering the menu, so I can’t try a factory reset. I did try the reset with the side button and I’ve let the battery go empty, but both didn’t work. Does anyone know if this problem can be solved, or is my Versa 2 dead?
I also have the same problem. I’ve tried charging my Versa 2 and nothing happened. I’ve tried pressing the side buttons but nothing happened.
I bought my Fitbit in February 2023 it worked great until now. I really do like Fitbit tracker/watches, but I think I might go to an Apple Watch. Please let me know why my Versa 2 just died?
Mine is exactly the same. Worked perfectly well and was fully charged Weds morning. Thursday night dead. Recharged, screen faint as if on do not disturb, won't swipe and only screen it brings up when I press the left side button is quick settings but touch screen isn't working. Rebooted 6 times - not done anything. Updated my app from app store, re sync'd it. Still the same. Going to have to contact support.
My touchscreen has gone blank, too. When I press the side button, Alexa comes up but that's it. This happened a few weeks ago and it miraculously fixed itself, but I'm still in the 1-year warranty period so I might just ask for a replacement
