Versa 2 tracks heart rate when not wearing it

My versa 2 is tracking my heart rate when I'm not wearing it. It's currently sitting Face Down on a table beside me and claims I have a heart rate of 48-68... it's not touching my skin or reading anything on me itself. It's reading air. It's been off my wrist for most of the day and claims I've had a heart rate of around 90 average all day...

I have tried a reset (turned it off, waited a minute and turned it back on) and that didn't work,

I tried turning HR readings off and back on again, and it still claims to be tracking a heart rate when not wearing it.

Even after two minutes of no use. It's been going on for about 2-3 weeks now, I'll leave it on the counter when I shower and it says I was at a heart rate of 90 for that whole time that it was sitting off of me.

Interestingly, I'll put my fitbit back on and it claims no heart rate reading for about 5 minutes, until I shake my arm a bit.

Any way to fix this?
