Why do I not get a vibration notification to get up and move on the 50 minute when I’m reading or scrolling on the iPad? Have it set on strong, again this morning didn’t get hourly steps in.

@JackieWeb Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the reminder to move vibration issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, make sure that the reminders to move feature is enabled.

If the reminders are enabled, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if it vibrates properly for the reminders to move feature.
