Hi. I'm based in Singapore and recently got my versa 2. I loaded a credit card onto it but was unable to make any payment via the tap function. It got rejected every time I try with an error message. The watch vibrates when I place it near the machine but no transaction gets through. I have tried installing and uninstalling the fitbit app, deleting and adding the credit card details and have also called the bank that this is not a card issue. Fitbit helpdesk has not been helpful (we will get back to you via email...)
Does anyone has any suggestions about any more hacks I should try?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the time you spent trying to get them resolved.
If after following the instructions provided by Customer Support you continue having difficulties with Fitbit Pay please let them know. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.
