Versa 2 won't charge

Versa 2 won’t charge.

Have tried different chargers and charge points. Cleaned sensors.

Pressed side button and all I get it a low battery and red exclamation mark :exclamation_mark:️ do not receive the Fitbit logo

Any guidance would be brilliant

Sad to hear that you're having issues charging your Versa 2. Thanks for having tried several attempts to get things fixed by yourself. As there are a few more things to consider if your device isn't charging I'd suggest having a closer look here:
